Week Ten

 Hello November! It got cold so quickly here that last week felt more like the beginning of winter than autumn. We're dipping below freezing at night. At least it gives us beautiful frost for the walk to school.

Week Nine

I realized yesterday morning that I had neglected to do any Halloween jokes this year. I had planned to...I just didn't register how close we were to Halloween until I had to remind the boy to take his costume to school. Please enjoy the unthematic jokes/riddles I sent this week instead.

Week Eight...a little late

 Got a bit distracted this weekend between the release of Dune and birthday shenanigans, but here are this week's jokes!

Week Seven

We missed a day this week as the boy was down with the sickness. Not the COVID sickness, just your run of the mill seasonal yuck.

Yes, we had school. The boy only made it about an hour in before he had to go home.

For those of you who aren't local, a trio of zebras escaped from a nearby farm and have been roaming free. One of them was found dead in an illegal snare trap either this morning or yesterday. I think reading that article is what inspired me to choose this for today. RIP, you beautiful beast.
