At our school, both the vice principal and principal know every student's name by the second week of school. Every. Single. One. It's amazing. And it shows the kids they care. It makes me feel like there's a bot of truth to today's joke.

Our principal looks nothing like Mr. Krupp. But this principal will be immediately recognizable for the boy, and I wouldn't do Dr. Williams justice.
